My name is Tara Dowell, I have grown up in Fall River. I graduated from Concepts School of Cosmetology in July 2001. I am a member of the Cosmetology Association, and am fully licensed.    I worked at another establishment, and developed a great clientele. I decided to move out on my own in Fall River, and opened Tara's Esthetics in May 2007. I am located at 7 Lockview Road.    I keep up in the latest trends of the Esthetic industries, including classes and Esthetic shows. I love my job and thoroughly enjoy my clientele. I pride myself in doing a great job and offering great customer service. I am very proud of my new location and I look forward to seeing you soon.
